Isabgol Banana Smoothie

Blend banana, 1 tsp Isabgol, almond milk, and honey.  Drink immediately to prevent thickening.

Isabgol Chia Pudding

Mix 1 tsp Isabgol, chia seeds, coconut milk, and honey. Let it sit for 2-3 hours or overnight before serving.
